This is here to immortalize the first “part” of me to reintegrate during my healing from C-PTSD and DD-NOS.
All of this takes place inside the Water Woman. The Water Woman is the embodiment of my soul. She sits on mountain tops and touches the stars. She is powerful and fluid, ever-shifting and adapting to her circumstances.
If pressed, she becomes fire.
In either form, she is a force to be reckoned with.
I found her in the first phase of my reintegration. I held all of my parts to my heart and fell backward into the body of the water woman and now my parts float free as they try to find where they belong within her.
The is the story of the first part of me to find her place, the 15-year old. My therapist encouraged me to write about each part of me that reintegrates, because I’ll never be able to fully describe her or see as many of her details once this happens, like the fading memory of a lost loved one.
So, here she will remain.
She is 15 and spunky and bull-headed. She has a mouth out of this world and is NOT afraid to use it!
She was created to protect the others, the small children who were crying and abandoned and needed rescuing.
